Several DVB Specification Updates Plus New Satellite Commercial Requirements

The DVB Steering Board recently approved a number of updates to existing specifications, including DVB-RCS2 for non-geostationary satellites, and DVB TA, NIP, GSE, MABR, and HB. These updates are designed to improve satellite transmission, additional features for tracking advertising campaigns, bug fixes, and device discovery mechanisms.
